training and education for employees above and
beyond that needed for the delivery of security
services.
Vocational
training, with nationally recognized
qualifications
The company provides training and
education opportunities on four levels:

Basic Training for Security
Officers as required by industry regulation,
Private Security Business Section.

Training required carrying
out the prescribed duties for a particular
site.

Additional developmental
training and education in order to broaden
knowledge or prepare for promotion to
various levels in the organization

Personal development
opportunities such as IT training, or other
vocational training, with nationally and
internationally recognized qualifications
